I am not receiving any Alerts via email

Are email notifications configured?

Go to Manage > Rules > Edit a Rule > Edit Alert Details – you can choose to receive an SMS/email when an Alert triggers. 

Are Alerts being triggered?

Another way to check would be to go to Homepage > Manage > Alerts where you will be able to see a full list of your alerts, both open and closed. If you are not seeing alerts in this list that you are expecting to please contact our support team.

Is there already an Alert open?

When an Alert triggers for the first time it will send an email or SMS if configured. For subsequent occurrences an email or SMS will not be sent, this is to avoid flooding your inbox. In the Alert details you can see the total count of occurrences and list of timestamps. If you close the Alert, you will once again receive email and SMS notifications.
