Account setup is a simple and secure onboarding process. Firstly, you will receive a welcome email from the system with your user name and a temporary password. Optionally you may also receive a text message as well.
The temporary password is active for 7 days. During this time you will be required to enter your own memorable password.
Click on the link in the email and log into the system.
Set a new password – it is a mandatory requirement to create a strong and secure password including a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
If 7 days passes without a new password being entered, your admin user can re-send a new temporary password.
For enhanced security, the 'Forgot Password?' feature cannot be used for the first login. You can use ‘Forgot Password?’ for subsequent logins if you need to create a new password.
