How to navigate the desktop indicators & Alerts list.
Alerts are created in real time, but you will need to refresh the homepage to show new Alerts.
- Select the open button underneath the alert to view all Alerts in that category.
- This will open the List if Alerts, with the relevant filters pre-loaded.
- Select the open button in each row to view the Alert details and add notes
- Select the dropdown arrow in the right of each row to get a preview of the notes.
Please Note – Alerts had a major upgrade in August 2023 to make them simpler to understand. Previously Alerts were collated at the principal Asset level, and then shown as ‘Asset Alerts’ with the highest priority Alert taking precedence. Now all Alerts will be represented in the numbers in the Alert Panel on the Site Overview (Homepage).
