The platform allows you to upload pictures of your Assets for better visual identification and organisation.
Follow these simple steps to upload Asset pictures:
Go to Homepage > Manage > Asset.
Click on the pencil icon on the Asset that you would like to upload an Asset picture to and select add images.
Please note: you can upload up to six images.
Only images with the following file types can be uploaded:
- JPEG (.jpg .jpeg)
- PNG (.png)
- GIF (.gif)
- Bitmap (.bmp)
If your image is inside a PDF, you can upload it as a document but it won't show in the image carousel on the Asset Overview page. The following document formats are supported:
- .csv
- .docx
- .ppsx
- .pptx
- .rtf
- .txt
- .vsdx
- .xlsx
